eliteASIC was founded in January 2014 by Steve Jeffries. Steve became involved with the virtual currency market early on as a consumer ordering ASIC products from other major vendors in the industry. Like many consumers, Steve noticed a trend of let downs and broken promises from these other vendors. Poor customer service, shipping delays, receiving damaged and underperforming hardware left Steve upset that there seemed to be no reliable source for quality ASIC Products. Steve founded eliteASIC in January 2014 using his existing connections with manufacturers overseas and found funding through Angellist.co for seed capital in early 2014.

eliteASIC closed first-round funding of $1,000,000 in late January and is opening a Series A Round in 2014 Q3 to keep up with the high volume of orders. eliteASIC strives to give customers the best service possible, at competitive prices, along with top performing products in the virtual currency market.
